Return Policy
We currently operate with a third party distributor. We only accept returns of defective product upon delivery . In which a picture must be provided to email listed below. Item will be evaluated to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible. Time is of the essence in order to make you return process smooth. You must contact us immediately being that we only have 7 days to return after receiving it. We can be reached by email customerservicewhelth@gmail.com to help you with any discrepancies. However we do not allow return for buyers remorse, we do not do size exchanges, it must be an issue with the physical product upon delivery
Wrong Address - providing a wrong address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distributors facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
